Jobtailor in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Training and PPE Coordinator responsible for maintaining PPE inventories and coordinating mandatory training for new hires. You will liaise with external providers and internal HR to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, regular reporting, and the adoption of Risolvo to replace Excel-based systems, with opportunities to improve processes and support procurement of PPE and training services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• English language skills (spoken and written).
• Nice to have: Italian language skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proactive and collaborative problem-solving attitude.

Mansioni

• Monitor and update PPE and training databases.
• Schedule mandatory basic training for new hires.
• Coordinate with external providers for training.
• Collaborate with Prevention and Protection Service, HR, and business units to ensure compliance.
• Assign employees to training courses and update lists.
• Update records with resignations and organizational changes.
• Track changes in risk profiles and training records.
• Verify attendance and prepare follow-up lists.
• Prepare reports and documentation on PPE management and training.
• Support procurement by placing orders for PPE and training services.
• Participate in weekly Health and Safety meetings.
• Learn Risolvo to replace Excel-based tracking.
