Jobgether is seeking a Group Product Manager - Platform Experience based in Italy to lead the Platform Experience function, coordinating APIs, developer tools, documentation, and AI-assisted features across a unified journey for customers and developers.

You will mentor PMs, set strategy across multiple product areas, and partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver measurable outcomes at global scale.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Product Management with leadership of PMs.
• Experience owning a portfolio spanning technically complex products.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure or enterprise SaaS.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineering on APIs and infra.

• Define vision, strategy, and priorities for Platform Experience.
• Lead, mentor, and align PMs across groups.
• Unify roadmaps around customer needs and outcomes.
• Create API-first, developer-focused experiences across tools and docs.
• Drive end-to-end customer journeys from PoC to production.
• Improve platform workflows through clear guidance and error handling.
• Oversee capacity, quotas, and multi-tenant models.
• Coordinate with Engineering, CX, GTM for shared impact.
• Monitor product metrics and iterate based on insights.
