Dr. Schär seeks a senior leader to define the global digital technology strategy for the B2C Schär brand. You will shape departmental goals, KPIs and budgets, driving growth across platforms, websites, mobile apps and loyalty programs.

You will harmonize tools and processes, manage multi-geography partnerships and lead a team of about 10 people, delivering UX improvements and measurable business impact in an international environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, client-side or agency.
• Experience with CRM, websites and marketing automation.
• Strong leadership across multiple markets.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Italian a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Define the global strategy for the digital technology landscape of the Schär brand for the B2C environment.
• Plan departmental goals, KPIs, and objectives, including budget allocation and cost control.
• Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and execute initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and overall business growth.
• Harmonize platforms, tools, and processes across the company’s digital ecosystem to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build a network with all local subsidiaries as well as all global Business Unit’s teams, aiming to pursue shared goals in a highly integrated and cohesive environment.
• Lead global strategic, operational and technical developments of online platforms and tools, including websites, landing pages, mobile apps, online activations (Customer Data Platform), marketing automation, and loyalty program.
• Enhance user experience (UX) and usability across all digital assets to improve traffic, engagement, usage, and conversion rates.
• Manage both internal and external service providers to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 people, fostering performance through inspiration, empathy, and curiosity

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant work experience either client-side or at digital agencies, preferably in the FMCG industry or lifestyle
• Experience with digital projects within CRM, websites and marketing automation
• Deep understanding of digital trends and innovations with a proven track record in marketing automation and intelligence
• Ability to lead, influence and work across different markets as well as building excellent relationships with the team, peers and executives
• Have managed digital partners and programs across multiple geographies
• Fluent in English and preferably in German and/or Italian

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 65,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
