Dr. Schär is seeking a seasoned Global Inbound Logistics Lead to shape and implement procurement strategy across regions. You will manage strategic partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders and 3PLs, balance cost and service, and drive cost-efficiency.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related field, strong experience in international inbound transportation, and excellent negotiation and budgeting skills. Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset are essential.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in international logistics / inbound transportation.
• Strong knowledge of road and sea transport, market dynamics, pricing models, and logistics contracts.
• Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on cost control, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
• Confidence working in cross-functional, multi-country environments.
• Good digital affinity and openness to new tools and systems.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 39,000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
