Dr. Schär is seeking an Assistant to the CMO to provide high-level support in a fast-paced international marketing environment. This maternity leave cover role offers exposure to global teams and strategic projects.

You will manage the CMO's calendar, prepare meetings, support budget planning, and help develop communications, with onboarding and buddy support.

• Experience as assistant or coordinator, ideally in marketing.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work style.
• Very good German, Italian and English language skills.

• Very good German, Italian, and English language skills

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, we indicate a starting salary of EUR 40.000 gross per year for this position. Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
