JD.com, Inc. through JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Bulky Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for large-item warehousing. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while optimizing layouts and processes for bulky goods.

The role requires 5–7 years of warehouse experience (3+ in bulky items), a strong leadership track record, and solid knowledge of WMS and inventory control software. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years in warehouse management, with 3+ years in bulky/large-item operations.
Proven track record in improving efficiency, reducing costs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of WMS and inventory control software.
Experience with material handling equipment and safety regulations.
Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day bulky goods warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
