JD.com, Inc. seeks an experienced Bulky Warehouse Manager to supervise large-item warehousing operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of bulky goods. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize layouts, and implement data-driven improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse management with at least 3 years managing bulky-item operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and material handling equipment. English beneficial; Mandarin is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse management with ≥3 years handling bulky items.
• Proven track record optimizing warehouse processes and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership and ability to train diverse teams.
• Expertise in WMS and inventory control software.
• Knowledge of forklifts and safety regulations.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making; strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Oversee bulky goods warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Design layouts and handling procedures tailored for bulky items.
• Optimize space and minimize damage through proper storage techniques.
