Nevance in Milano is seeking an Experienced AI Implementation Developer to lead end-to-end AI solutions—from RAG systems to autonomous agents and AI-powered automation for SMEs and industrial clients. You own projects from prototyping to deployment, working closely with clients and the team.

You will integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini APIs, translate business requirements into robust architectures, and ensure production-scale stability with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.

Competenze

• Production AI experience: RAG systems, agents, LLM integrations in real-world deployments.
• Strong Python skills and ability to own end-to-end AI projects.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and automation tooling to connect with client systems.
