Cardo Roma is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Rome to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure guest comfort across hotel facilities.

The role emphasizes immediate responses to repair requests, preventive maintenance, and coordination with engineering and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of service and safety. Fluency in Italian is required, with additional languages a plus, and at least four years in a similar property.

Mansioni

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines; identify, locate, and operate shut-offs for equipment/buildings.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Display daily activities to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.
