Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Rome seeks an experienced Engineering & Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, energy conservation and safety. You will manage budgets, capital projects and preventative maintenance while ensuring standards align with brand expectations.

This role leads the emergency response team, coordinates with leadership, and drives cost control, asset protection, and regulatory compliance across the property.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in engineering/maintenance; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.
• Or 2-year degree in Building/Construction, Engineering, Mechanics; 4 years in engineering/maintenance; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.

Mansioni

• Manage engineering operations and budget performance against plan.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Administer service contracts and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Lead emergency response for facility issues.
• Guide capital expenditure projects and long-term maintenance planning.
• Communicate goals and supervise project timelines within budget.
