Sheraton, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Front Desk professional in Lombardy, Italy. You will handle guest check-ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys while ensuring accurate guest accounts and rewards details.

You will balance cash, process various payments, and prepare daily reports. You will collaborate with hotel teams to fulfil guest requests and maintain security procedures as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, assign rooms and issue room keys.
• Set up accurate guest accounts according to requirements and enter rewards information.
• Balance cash, process all payment types, vouchers, and charges; secure payments prior to issuing keys.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs; complete cashier and closing reports; balance bank at shift start and end.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with other staff to fulfill them; notify security of theft reports.
