Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Milano seeks a proactive guest services professional to resolve guest calls and requests, process reservations by phone or mail, and apply sales techniques that maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty. You will promote Marriott Rewards and handle point redemptions.

You will assist management in training, ensure a clean, professional appearance, protect confidential information and assets, welcome guests, anticipate needs, and communicate clearly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• No license or certification required.

Mansioni

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems and assist as necessary to resolve issues.
• Process reservations by phone, fax, or mail and enter rewards information as needed.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and up-selling.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees and maintain brand image and confidentiality.
