You will negotiate rates with carriers, schedule shipments, and track deliveries while using software tools to source equipment. Strong sales drive, customer service, and Excel skills are essential to succeed.

Ideal candidates have 3PL/freight brokerage exposure, excellent organizational abilities, and the motivation to grow professionally within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Experience in freight brokerage/3PL; willingness to grow professionally.
• GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-priority handling.
• Ability to interpret industry trends accurately.
• Passion for sales and logistics; self-starter and highly motivated.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry).
• Ability to positively influence culture and work with all levels.
• Career-driven attitude beyond a job; growth opportunity.

Mansioni

• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments.
• Use software tools to assist in finding carrier equipment.
• Track and trace shipments and address issues during transit.
• Communicate service issues with the Account Manager.
• Perform sourcing activities, targeting new carriers and negotiating rates.
• Conduct market research for quoting and spot opportunities.
