You will manage day-to-day group room blocks, ensure accuracy from setup to arrival and reconciliation, and work closely with Reservations, Event Management, Sales, and Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration across departments to optimize group room allocations and guest satisfaction at Naples Grande Beach Resort.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and guest-focused approach required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor group room blocks in reservation systems.
• Process rooming lists, group reservations, cancellations, name changes, and date changes.
• Monitor pickup, block utilization, inventory, and cutoff dates; report issues.
• Attend weekly Group Pickup Meetings to review status and actions.
• Serve as primary Reservations contact for group room needs.
