Bolton is seeking a Group Business Controller Intern to join our Group F&A Team in Milan. You will support monitoring and analysis of performance, delivering timely reporting and insights to aid decision making.

Your duties include creating daily sales reports, assisting monthly reports, and analyses across divisions, with exposure to AI for improved processes. The internship lasts 6 months and offers an allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools.
• Local Language: Fluently Italian and English.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and pragmatic problem solving.

Mansioni

• Prepare and distribute the daily sales report across Business Units.
• Support monthly and periodic management reporting for accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Assist analyses tracking performance across units, product lines, brands and geographies.

We are looking for a Group Business Controller Intern to join our Group F&A Team based in Milan.

How you make the difference

As a Business Controller Intern, you’ll support the monitoring and analysis of business performance across the Group, working closely with colleagues from different functions and Business Units to deliver accurate, timely reporting and actionable insights to support decision‑making.

How your agenda looks like:

• Prepare and distribute the daily sales report, tracking performance against targets and prior periods across Business Units;
• Support monthly and periodic management reporting, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data;
• Support the preparation of analyses tracking business performance across business units, product lines, brands and geographies;
• Support the team in implementing AI solutions to enhance reporting and controlling processes;
• Assist in preparing business presentations for the Board.

Your team:

You will report directly to our Group Business Controlling Senior Manager.

The role doesn’t include direct reports.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent;
• Technical skills: you have a good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong analytical skills and familiarity with AI tools;
