The Role

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Graphic Designer & Content Associate to join our marketing team in Milan. You will create visual materials for our website, social media, and company communications. You will also grow your skills in content and digital marketing within an international fintech environment. This role is about building strong design foundations while supporting the team across design, content, web, and video. This is a hybrid role based in our Milan office.

What You Will Do

• Design visual assets, including one‑pagers, reports, brochures, presentations, business cards, and social media visuals.

• Adapt materials in line with Cardo AI's brand identity.

• Create and adapt visual content for LinkedIn, X, and other channels.

• Support the creation of newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing content.

• Help maintain and update the WordPress website with blog posts, reports, news, and other content.

• Edit short videos and social media content.

• Help edit podcast and video content.

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in graphic design, through jobs, internships, or freelance work, ideally in an international environment.

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio (a must).

• Good command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Eagerness to learn, an organized approach, and flexibility to support content and social media as needed.

• Bonus: familiarity with WordPress, or an interest in fintech, finance, or B2B tech.
