Bending Spoons in Milan (Italy) invites ambitious recruiters to join a fast-growing, equity-backed company. You will own hiring end-to-end, from sourcing to final decision, using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters.

You will engage top candidates across channels, design high-signal evaluations, uphold a high talent bar, and continually improve the recruiting system.
