Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical, automation, electrical engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel 100–120 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales Area Manager in defining sales budgets and goals.
• Manages sales processes to achieve budgets and develop business results.
• Monitors market, customers, risks and trends to inform promotional activities.
• Formulates offers with technical area managers, balancing financials and negotiations.
