• Own a defined workstream inside a portfolio company or central team with a clear output and deadline
• Build, ship and measure—code, model, financial analysis or a go-to-market experiment
• Help turn products from systems of record into systems of action using our AI platform
• Work directly with senior operators, investors and engineers
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and decision-makers
• Collaborate across offices and functions to solve cross-team problems
