Tracks include Software Engineering, AI Engineering, M&A, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Portfolio Management. Expect hands-on impact, fast learning, and a path to a permanent role for strong performers.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical or technical foundation.
• Clear written and spoken English; ability to argue concisely.

Mansioni

• Own a defined workstream inside a portfolio company or central team with a deadline.
• Build, ship and measure outputs such as code, models or financial analyses.
• Present findings to decision-makers, including leadership.
