Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Milan is seeking a recent graduate to join the cost management team working on a major Data Center project. You will assist in cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP packages, gaining exposure across design, construction, and handover.

You will collaborate with design, construction, procurement and client teams, review quotations, monitor costs and change orders, and develop reports.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Interest in project financial management and construction sector.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
• Review contractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
• Support procurement and tendering activities.
• Prepare regular cost reports and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams.
• Take on increasing responsibility for your own project workstreams.
