• Former experience in an international retail-oriented company will be considered a plus.
• Strong selling technique and customer experience focus.
• Ability to train and onboard new team members with Store Manager collaboration.
• Excellent communication to keep the team updated with key changes.
• Proven track record in achieving store KPIs and managing schedules, inventory, and orders.

Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team based in Firenze!

Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings in other European countries. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating the team to reach together business goals.


• Guarantee high standards of selling technique and customer experience.

• Former experience in an international retail-oriented company will be considered a plus.

• Strong relation, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance.


• Problem solving and decision‑making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamwork.


• Ability to create and develop data-driven business strategies.


• International mindset, fluent in Italian and English.
