Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a Travel Specialist to coordinate complex team travel, manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers and car rentals, and ensure clear communication for both trackside events and business trips.

You will support the Travel Team with visa, passport, travel insurance, and regulatory needs, negotiate supplier terms, and travel roughly 20 days per year while staying highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business travel.
• Fluent in Italian and English; another language is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of travel routes, industry standards and regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Understand and collect Team Members' travel requirements.
• Provide accurate support on travel topics including visas, passports, travel insurance, and regulations.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car rentals.
• Organize transportation to airports, racetracks, or venues.
• Handle travel issues and communicate clearly for trackside events and business trips.
• Ensure compliance with visa and insurance requirements.
