bonprix is seeking a strategic professional to develop and implement an international Training & Knowledge Management framework. You will analyze performance data to improve first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction by elevating agent training, transforming local standards into scalable international practices, and monitoring adherence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to align processes, requirements, and knowledge sharing.

Competenze

Education: completed a study or an apprenticeship with commercial focus.
Experience: deep understanding of knowledge & training management processes and familiarity with training methodologies and knowledge management tools.
Experience with process management and optimization methods is highly desirable.
