RadiciNovacips S.p.A. in Bergamo is seeking a Total Reward & Workforce Planning Expert to lead the Group HR Team and drive global reward, workforce planning and HR analytics strategies across RadiciGroup and DOMO companies.

The role collaborates with HR Partners in multiple countries, shaping compensation policies, incentive design and budget processes while ensuring internal equity and compliance with EU directives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, economics, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Total Reward and HR analytics in international/ complex environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Define global reward and recognition policies balancing competitiveness, internal equity and sustainability.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary range design.
• Design salary policy and analyse internal compensation practices.
• Coordinate the HR budget process at group level, defining timing, actors and content.
• Analyse labour market trends to address and define HR budget and salary review process.
• Support short- and long-term incentive plan design.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners across Group countries.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for salary benchmarking.
• Ensure HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors) data quality and reporting.
• Align policy with EU Pay Transparency Directive and internal communication.
