Radici Novacips S.p.A. in Bergamo is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will report to the Head of FP&A and work on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while interacting with senior management across the group.

The role offers exposure to shareholders, collaboration with Procurement, Operations and Group Finance, and the chance to contribute to cost transparency and business cases in an international manufacturing environment.

Competenze

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
2+ years of FP&A, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
Fluent Italian and English.
Experience in an international manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Mansioni

Support Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
Prepare periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including performance commentary, KPIs and variance analysis.
Analyse purchasing and material costs, monitoring raw material price developments and their impact on margins and forecasts.
Support monthly closing and analyse actual performance versus budget and forecast.
Develop financial analyses and management reporting to support business decision‑making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A tools, reporting standards and cost transparency.
Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Group Finance and other business functions.
Support ad-hoc analyses, business cases and post-merger integration activities.
