Vertiv is seeking a Global Application Engineer – Thermal Systems to join our team in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will develop tools and documentation for data center reference designs and integrate thermal system products with grid-connected or on-site power sources.

The role requires a mechanical/energy engineering background, 5+ years of experience, and strong skills in data analysis, project management, and communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical experience in product or service roles preferred.
• Experience in data center thermal management or HVAC is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop tools and documentation for data center reference designs.
• Integrate thermal system products into data centers connected to the grid or using on-site power generation.
• Perform project-specific thermal calculations related to heat recovery from on-site generation.
• Support integration of new products into the thermal systems portfolio.
• Prepare demonstrations, literature, benchmarks, and sales enablement collateral.
• Collaborate with product managers on market trends and customer needs.
