Ashurst in Milan is seeking a Tax Junior Associate focused on transactional tax to join the Tax Team. You will support complex tax matters across financial, corporate and real estate taxation and assist in M&A transactions with a collaborative approach.

The role offers exposure to cross-border work and opportunities for growth within a progressive firm, with global opportunities and flexible working arrangements.

Competenze

• Degree in Law required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a lawyer in transactional tax.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to professional standards.
