Ashurst Perkins Coie in Milan seeks an Associate to focus on corporate, M&A and related advisory work. You will handle complex cross-border matters and work with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: law degree, about 3 years PQE in corporate/M&A at a leading international firm; excellent English and Italian (C1).

Competenze

• Degree in Law with excellent academic record.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A at a leading international law firm.
• Excellent English and Italian level (C1).

Mansioni

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other strategic transactions.
• Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence activities.
• Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters.
• Support and supervise junior team members, where appropriate.
