Ashurst is seeking an Associate in its Global Markets – Finance Regulatory practice in Italy. You will work on equity capital markets transactions and regulatory matters for issuers, shareholders, and financial institutions, guiding listed companies through governance and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate across disciplines and offices on cross-border matters, with mentorship of junior lawyers and a global platform to advance your career.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years PQE in equity capital markets and listed companies regulation.
• Experience at a leading Italian or international law firm.
• Excellent English and Italian (C1).

Mansioni

• Advising on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, secondary offerings, rights issues).
• Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary, cross-border matters.
• Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate.
