Ashurst is seeking a Corporate Associate Lawyer to support complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions and related advisory work within its Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources practice. You will collaborate with colleagues across offices on multidisciplinary matters and help steer high-profile transactions from due diligence through closing.

Competenze

• Law degree with excellent academic record.
• Approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A at a leading international law firm.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Curiosity and forward-thinking approach.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

Mansioni

• Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
• Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices on cross-border matters.
