PwC in Milan seeks a Senior Associate to join the Tax line of service. You will focus on providing tax planning, compliance, and strategy guidance to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, to optimise tax outcomes.

You will collaborate with teams to analyse complex regulations, develop tax structures, and deliver high-quality solutions while managing ambiguous situations and growing your individual brand and technical expertise.

• Provide tax planning guidance to clients within PwC Tax practice.
• Assist on mergers and acquisitions tax engagements, analysing implications and structuring transactions.
• Develop tax models and perform data interpretation to inform client recommendations.
• Build and nurture client relationships while delivering high-quality services.
