Jobgether SRL is seeking a Legal Counsel based in Italy to provide hands-on support across corporate, commercial, IP, and international matters. You will advise on contracts, identify risks, and work with cross-border teams across US, UK, EU.

You will independently manage day-to-day legal matters, coordinating external counsel when needed, and help implement practical processes to scale the business in a tech-driven environment.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years of international and cross-border legal experience including US, UK and EU.
• Practical experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property matters.
• Experience coordinating external legal counsel and engaging them as needed.
• Ability to work independently and build legal processes from the ground up.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or international product company is a plus.
• Experience with UAE or Chinese law is a plus.
• Experience at a law firm advising international or technology-focused clients is valued.

• Provide day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, IP and cross-border matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Support cross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU).
• Independently manage routine matters and provide practical business-oriented advice.
