Bending Spoons in Milan seeks a tax leader to manage the group’s tax responsibilities across local and international laws. You will oversee filings, accounting and tax treatments at the group level, and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

You’ll drive tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax operations, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Experience in corporate tax, VAT, and multijurisdictional tax.
• Experience coordinating with Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.
• Oversee tax filings and intercompany accounting treatments.

• Tax planning & compliance at group level.
• Transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions coordination.
• Tax operations including calculations, accounting, and filings; equity fringe benefits.
• Tax due diligence for acquisitions and extraordinary transactions.
