Bending Spoons is seeking a talented tax professional to manage and optimize the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations. You’ll support key business decisions and interact with Italian authorities.

You will oversee tax filings and accounting practices at the group level, contribute to tax planning, and coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing and tax due diligence.

• Manage tax operations, including calculations, accounting and filings with advisors.
• Coordinate tax due diligence for acquisitions and major transactions.
• Monitor tax developments and interact with tax authorities, including audits and rulings.
