Technogym in Cesena, Italy, seeks a Talent Development Manager to design and execute global training plans, lead competency development, and drive the annual performance appraisal rollout. You will deliver content and tools aligned with HR strategy, manage external vendors, coordinate international projects, and foster a continuous pipeline of talent through coaching and career pathways.

• Master's degree in Philosophy or a Humanities field.
• +10 years' experience in HR.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs.
• Experience with training, performance and succession processes with global scope.
• Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mandatory C2 level of Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Design and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across various platforms.
• Report to senior leadership on the progress of employee development programs and their impact on business objectives.
• Lead the annual rollout of the performance appraisal process and the calibration step at the global level.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure high quality and cost-effective solutions.
• Design development plans and career paths at HQ level and coordinate international development projects.
• Prepare and analyze Talent Reviews and Performance Management processes and training.
• Lead projects in Talent Management: performance management, assessments, development programs and succession planning.
• Manage the induction process for HQ & Global Executive positions.
• Oversee full cycle of talent management including succession planning for critical roles.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and support their career development plans.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create effective career pathways and internal mobility.
