Technogym Village in Cesena, Italy, seeks a Product Development Manager to lead cost, quality, and time-to-market goals within the R&D team. You will help define strategies and ensure the Global Solution Process is applied across development areas.

You will oversee design outsourcing and co-design with suppliers, promoting integration across product development for improved innovation and efficiency. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in R&D and/or design in structured companies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• English fluency (minimum CEFR B2).

Mansioni

• Accountable for new product development from design to start of production.
• Define product development strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
• Ensure effective application of the Global Solution Process (GSP) and drive its continuous improvement.
• Plan and oversee team activities, fostering professional development.
• Manage outsourcing of design activities and co-design with external suppliers.
