Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in logistics, economics, management engineering or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Entering and updating customer and transport orders in the company’s systems.
• Supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Tracking shipments and deliveries, ensuring on-time transport activities.
• Supporting transport administration and maintenance of logistics documentation.
• Collaborating with the team to optimise transport management processes.
• Assisting with planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments.
• Liaising with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to support efficient operations.
• Resolving logistics-related issues and contingencies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to the reduction of transport costs and lead times.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain function.
