Knauf Italia is offering an internship in the Supply Chain Department in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, order processing, and transport coordination within a global group.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree in logistics or related fields, strong Excel skills, and good command of English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in logistics, economics, management engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Mansioni

• Enter and update customer and transport orders in the company’s systems.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring transport activities are on time.

• Collaborate with the team to optimise transport management processes.
• Assist with planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to support efficient operations.

What you'll be doing:

• - Entering and updating customer and transport orders in the company’s systems;
• - Supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations;
• - Tracking shipments and deliveries, ensuring that transport activities are completed on time;
• - Supporting transport administration, including the preparation and maintenance of logistics documentation;
• - Collaborating with the team to optimise transport management processes;
• - Assisting with the planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments;
• - Liaising with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to support efficient operations;
• - Resolving logistics-related issues and contingencies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• - Contributing to the reduction of transport costs and lead times;
• - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain function.

What we'd love you to have:

• - Technical diploma or degree in logistics, economics, management engineering or a related discipline.
• - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• - Good command of English.
• - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• - A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• - A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
