Job summary

Knauf Italia is offering an internship in the Supply Chain Department in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, order processing, and transport coordination within a global group.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree in logistics or related fields, strong Excel skills, and good command of English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in logistics, economics, management engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and transport orders in the company’s systems.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring transport activities are on time.
• Support transport administration, including logistics documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise transport management processes.
• Assist with planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to support efficient operations.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and contingencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to reducing transport costs and lead times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain.
