Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager in Italy to lead strategic procurement projects across local, regional, country, and Europe levels. You will partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive savings, risk management, and sustainable practices within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, fluent Italian and English, a bachelor’s degree, and proven sourcing/contract management experience.

Competenze

Proven experience using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or higher).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across multiple sites.

Mansioni

Understand business needs and justify requirements, analyzing and recommending actions.
Manage complex, high-spend projects across multiple sites within timelines.
Build stakeholder relationships and negotiate with vendors on cost and lead times.
Provide accurate metrics and data using reporting tools, including supplier performance.
Lead procurement processes from needs definition to contracting and implementation.
Deliver RFIs/RFQs across sites and ensure contract compliance (WOs and MSAs).
Execute CLM processes and support national/EU procurement initiatives.
Act as SME for local categories, identify savings, and support strategy with country teams.
