Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor transportation plans to optimize routes, costs, and efficiency.
• Manage daily transportation operations, carrier selection, load planning, dispatching, and tracking.
• Collaborate with warehousing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and resolve issues.
• Analyze transportation data and KPIs to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Utilize TMS and other logistics software to manage and track shipments.
• Prepare and present reports on transportation performance and KPIs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and disruptions in the network.
