Vertiv Holdings in Italy seeks a senior Global Services leader to drive NPDI initiatives, embedding service requirements into launches and lifecycle activities across regions.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and regional service teams to manage cross-functional programs, balance priorities, and deliver scalable service capabilities for new products and services. This is a strategic, execution-focused role with global impact requiring travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, engineering, or product development.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with NPDI, product development, or service operations.
• Strong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Support integration of new technologies into global service operations
• Maintain risk, issue, action, and dependency registers
• Identify and mitigate schedule, resource, technical, and operational risks
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in governance and execution
• Provide leadership with clear recommendations and escalation paths when at risk
