CERATIZIT Hard Material Solutions S.a.r.l. seeks a Segment Account Manager Automotive & Electronics to bridge technical expertise and commercial responsibilities across global customers in the automotive and electronics sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering Degree (or equivalent).
• Technical background with understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills across cultures.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and deliver premium customer service within Automotive & Electronics segments.
• Identify business development risks and opportunities in Automotive & Electronics markets.
• Develop and implement a consistent account strategy aligned with company targets.
• Manage global agreements and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition.
• Travel to meet customers, understand market dynamics and build long-term relationships.
• Understand industry-specific requirements, including quality standards.
