Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales operations, service management, or customer service in manufacturing or service sectors.
• End-to-end order management and service contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end sales order processing workflows (quote-to-order, delivery, invoicing).
• Align requirements across countries and units for consistent processes.
• lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimize SD/CS/PS modules.
• Train and share best practices; drive adoption with stakeholders.
