Magaldi Group is seeking a Global Business Development and Commercial Director to lead worldwide sales and growth for Magaldi Green Energy. The role requires deep energy sector experience, strategic vision, and the ability to manage complex international projects from inception to delivery.

The successful candidate will develop global sales strategies, budgets, forecasts, and marketing plans, coordinate a team of sales managers, and collaborate closely with engineering and procurement to win

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in Sales/Director roles in the energy sector with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Experience in strategic business planning, marketing, and pricing analysis.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally; fluent in Italian and English; Spanish considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of global sales strategies and strengthen presence in international markets.
• Develop strategic business, marketing and sales plans, including budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales managers and the Technical Department to evolve the function with market changes.
