Nadara is looking for an Energy Business Development Specialist to join the Energy Team in Trezzano sul Naviglio/Milano. The role focuses on identifying opportunities from evolving energy markets and regulations, translating insights into new products and services, and supporting commercial initiatives.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in the energy sector.
• Strong interest in business development and energy markets.
• Ability to understand and assess the business implications of new regulations and market developments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to continuously learn new topics and sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in preparing business cases, market analyses, or strategic evaluations is considered a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for evolving and fast-growing environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse energy market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities arising from market and regulatory evolution.
• Support the development of innovative products, services, and commercial offerings.
• Contribute to business case preparation, market assessments, and investment evaluations.
• Engage with customers, partners, technology providers, institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs functions.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry working groups.
• Support the growth of business initiatives related to energy flexibility, BESS, electrification, DR, and other opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic analyses to support business growth.
• Depending on experience, coordinate and manage projects and people.
