Greentalent is recruiting on behalf of an innovative energy storage company for a Project Manager – Energy Storage. You will oversee complex EPC projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers across global sites.

Open to candidates with 3–15 years of experience, you will manage schedule, budget, quality and safety, while driving risk mitigation and clear reporting to executives. Travel to project sites will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects in energy, power, renewables or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large, technically complex projects.
• Strong cost, schedule, risk and contract management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams; fluent English.
• Willingness to travel internationally and visit project sites.

Project Manager – Energy Storage

The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of complex EPC projects, currently located primarily in the United States. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority, ranging from 3 to 15 years of experience, with responsibilities and scope tailored to the candidate’s level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover;
• Take ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall performance;
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities and interfaces;
• Manage contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders in an international environment;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate mitigation actions;
• Manage contractual and commercial interfaces, changes and claims in coordination with the relevant functions;
• Lead project meetings and provide clear and timely reporting to management and key stakeholders;
• Support and oversee site activities during construction and commissioning phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline;
• Solid experience in EPC/EPCM projects, preferably within the energy, power generation, Oil & Gas, renewables, industrial plants or complex infrastructure sectors;
• Proven experience in managing projects of significant scale and technical complexity, commensurate with the candidate’s level of seniority;
• Strong project management skills, with solid knowledge of cost, schedule, risk and contract management;
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, contractors and suppliers;
• Fluent professional English;
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally and spend time at project sites when required.

Salary range

€35,000–€85,000, depending on experience and seniority.
