AbbVie is seeking a Planning Manager to join our international manufacturing environment and lead end-to-end supply chain planning excellence. You will oversee Demand Management, Master Production Schedule, and Detailed Scheduling, coordinating a Master Scheduler Team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless materials flow.

So, you will drive capacity checks, feasibility and firming, and weekly/monthly planning cycles, applying SAP PP/MM, Excel, and analytics

Competenze

Degree in economics or engineering disciplines.
3–5 years of experience in planning, demand/supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management.
Experience in regulated or complex sectors, such as pharma, biotech, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing, is preferred.
Experience managing teams or coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

Lead demand management including Rough Cut Capacity Planning checks and levelling.
Manage Orders Feasibility and Firming.
Develop and maintain the Monthly Supply Plan identifying short-term constraints.
Lead stakeholder alignment activities.
Build and maintain the Detailed Sequence Plan.
Manage Process Order Release and Bulk Batch Allocation.
Monitor Supply Chain End-to-End Performance.
