Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Quality leader in Milan to coordinate global quality and food safety activities. You will drive regional quality programs, lead root-cause investigations, and ensure adherence to HACCP/ISO9001/FSSC22000 across internal and external manufacturing sites.

You will work with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing teams to deliver consumer-inspired quality, support Big Bets projects, and advance Mondelēz Europe’s quality agenda with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Related experience in operations, quality and/or R&D.
• Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, ISO9001 and FSSC22000).
• Microbiology and food safety and sanitation experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian (application needs to be in English).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Quality and Food Safety activities across internal and external plants and logistics teams.
• Conduct and report technical visits and HACCP reviews; advise on corrective actions.
• Support CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Verification) processes with cross-functional partners.
• Provide expertise on IL6S tools and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Monitor consumer and customer complaints and develop corrective action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead regional quality programs and share best practices across sites.
